Dr. Aida Ameri
Education & Experience
Dr. Aida Ameri has 22 year of experience in dentistry and 16 years in orthodontics. She was born in Tehran, Iran and graduated in 1997 from Azad dental school. She worked as a volunteer for two years before she joined an orthodontics residency. In 2004 she graduated from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. In 2008, after four years of teaching in two universities and working in private practice, she moved to the United States.
In the United States, she earned two more advanced degrees in dentistry and orthodontics, graduating from UCSF in 2011 (Dentistry) and Rochester University in 2013 (Orthodontics). Since then, she has been practicing orthodontics in California, with the majority of her time spent in Sacramento area. Dr. Ameri is a member Of American Association of Orthodontics. She also has two masters’ degrees in dental research and dental biology.
Outside of the Office
In her free time, she likes watching movies, going to concerts, and dancing.
