Meet Dr. Ann Alexander
Dr. Alexander is a board-certified orthodontist with over 20 years of experience transforming smiles, teaching orthodontic curriculum to dentists, and mentoring dental research projects.
Orthodontics is more than just a profession—it’s her way of serving communities and being a positive part of someone's story.
Education
Originally from Colorado, Dr. Alexander attended the United States Air Force Academy for her Bachelor of Science degree.
She earned a scholarship to attend Harvard School of Dental Medicine for her dental studies and then achieved her Master's Degree in Orthodontics from the University of Michigan.
Experience
After completing her studies, Dr. Alexander was commissioned as a dental officer in the United States Air Force, where she worked with a team of talented dental colleagues on interdisciplinary care and led dental clinics across three countries.
She followed her adventurous soul, wanting to learn through academic institutions, travel, leadership, and service experiences.
Outside of the Office
Dr. Alexander is happily married to her California-native husband, Michael. He has also served every community they have lived in through his work in emergency rooms. They share four children and two dogs.
Outside of work, they both love to travel, split taxi services to drive their kids to a myriad of activities, and cheer them on from the sidelines at various sports and school events.
