Cindy Weideman, DDSBoard Certified Pediatric DentistDr. Cindy grew up in Folsom and started working in our dental practice when she was just fourteen years old. Dr. Cindy’s greatest joy is spending time with her family and appreciating nature. She is an avid runner and has a great love for the ocean and sea life. She attended Bella Vista High School and attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC Davis. Dr. Cindy then completed her dental degree at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She was a chief resident at the UCLA College of Dentistry where she completed her Residency for Pediatric Dentistry and became a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Cindy has advanced training in psychology, developmental disabilities, and infant dental care. In 2011, Dr. Cindy graduated from the Kellogg School of Dental Management’s Executive MBA Program for dentists. She was accepted into the American College of Dentists Fellowship for outstanding ethics and professional commitment. She has created educational programs, oral health brochures, and published research on children grinding their teeth. She has annually been selected by her peers as a “Top Pediatric Dentist” in Sacramento. Dr. Cindy is an active community leader, serving in different capacities for the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program, the Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Advisory Board, the First Five Commission of Sacramento County, and the Sacramento District Dental Society. She was recognized by the California Dental Association for her continued community involvement, and she was acknowledged by the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped for volunteer dental services for disabled patients. She was voted “Person of the Year” by the Roseville/Granite Bay readers of Style Magazine. |
